Upstairs: This mountain-contemporary home includes a massive open-concept great room. This great room—which includes the living room, floating kitchen, and dining room—features 25-foot ceilings, skylights, custom beams, and an 80-foot wall of windows facing unobstructed panoramic mountain views. You can see 20+ different mountains from the great room; it’s truly one of the best views in all of Colorado! The living room has a cozy gas fireplace with a 75" TV and plenty of comfortable seating for friends and family to gather. The floating chef's kitchen has all the necessary cooking appliances and utensils to ensure a fantastic in-home dining experience. Each of the four bedrooms upstairs has an en-suite bathroom and an exterior door with direct access to the wrap-around deck. The expansive 360-degree wraparound deck includes a hot tub, gas grill, and outdoor seating/dining. The office has a computer monitor with keyboard/mouse for easy hookup to your laptop. Enjoy fast WiFi and fantastic cell phone reception throughout the entire house and property. We also provide an iPad with Sonos multi-room audio control, a telescope, a guitar, a piano, and a few other surprises.
Downstairs: The fifth bedroom is located downstairs and is the bunkroom. This room is perfect for kids and has eight total beds (four fulls and four twins) with an en-suite bathroom. The game room lounge is for kids to play and has multiple video game systems and a large 100” TV. The laundry room has double washers/dryers as well as two exercise bikes. The heated oversized six-car garage has room to park two vehicles during your stay, as well as an EV charger, extra fridge/freezer, exercise equipment, ski racks, and a 24-port boot dryer.

It’s a beautiful 4 mile drive to downtown Crested Butte from the house which takes 10 minutes in the summer/fall months. You can also hike to downtown in 50 minutes on the Green Lake Trail from the front door.
Bookings Notes: Local caretaker lives 10 minutes away and is available to assist with your needs. You are dealing directly with the homeowner when you message and book with us. You save 60% on sales taxes by booking this home compared to downtown properties that have an additional short-term rental tax. Enjoy a 10% discount for week or longer stays and a 25% discount for month-long stays. We include all the basics and keep the house well-stocked. If you find anything that is missing, please let us know, and we will have it there quickly. No more than 10 adults allowed; max occupancy is 16 including children. Summer Notes: Bike and hike to trails right out the front door! A great summertime perk of this home is hiking access to Green Lake Trail right from the house. This is a beautiful 3 hour round-trip hike from the front door that ends at a beautiful lake at the base of Mount Axtell. If you would like to walk to downtown Crested Butte from the house, it takes 50 minutes and is an easy downhill hike on the Green Lake Trail. The property’s spacious driveway is a fun place for kids to ride their bikes/scooters, play basketball, etc. There is also a grass backyard to play yard games.
Winter Notes: In the wintertime you need to have a 4-wheel drive vehicle to manage the snow/ice and the property managers handle all snow removal free of charge for guests. The ski-mountain base area is a 7 mile drive from the house and takes about 20 minutes driving in winter conditions. We also provide 5 pairs of snowshoes for our guests to explore the acreage.
