Fun for the Kids:
Sledding at Pyramid Hill: For a classic winter thrill, head into town to sled "Pyramid Hill." It is a local favorite and the perfect spot for kids (and adults) to catch some speed and enjoy the snow.
Ice Skating at the Nordic Center. Rent skates at the Crested Butte Nordic Center and head to the Big Mine Ice Arena. It is a classic way for kids to enjoy the ice in town, with walkers available for younger skaters to help them find their balance on the rink.
Snowshoeing Our Property: You don’t have to go far to find adventure. We provide 5 pairs of snowshoes at the house for your use. Feel free to head out the back door and explore our 70+ private acres—it's a great way for the whole family to experience the quiet beauty of the high-alpine landscape right on-site.
