HOUSE MANUAL
Welcome! Below is a brief guide to the home’s amenities. If you have questions after reviewing these notes, please contact Jordon.
GENERAL INFORMATION
WiFi: Network: 2255 Wildcat Guest (No password required).
First-Aid: Located in the upstairs cleaning closet and in both the master and mini-master bedroom closets.
Fire Extinguishers: Located under the kitchen sink, below the cooktop, in the upstairs cleaning closet, beneath the grill, in the mechanical room, and in the garage.
Climate Control: There are 4 Nest thermostats:
Upstairs Living/Office: Top of the stairwell.
Upstairs Bedrooms: Inside the master bedroom.
Downstairs: Outside the laundry room.
Garage: Controls radiant floor heating. Please keep garage doors closed to maintain heat and keep wildlife out.
Space Heaters: Located in every bedroom closet for extra warmth.
Drinking Water: We recommend the purified 5-gallon jugs (extras in the garage). Faucet water is well-water; while filtered and tested annually, it has a distinct mineral taste. Contact Jordon if you need a refill.
Trash: Place all trash in the large containers in the garage. Our cleaning crew will dispose of it after checkout.
Lights: Most switches inside are labeled. Driveway lights are motion-activated and stay on for 5 minutes.
UPSTAIRS
Fireplace: Use the remote found next to the TV remote. Press and hold "On" or "Off" until you hear a click. The remote sometimes gets stuck so please use the manual black circular knob on the bottom left of the fireplace logs if the remote is not working.
Manual Override: Use the black circular knob on the bottom left of the fireplace if the remote is not working.
Pilot Light: If out, instructions to relight it are inside the black cabinets to the left of the fireplace.
Sonos Audio: Controlled exclusively via the provided iPad. Use the Sonos App (Spotify & Pandora are ad-free).
Main TV (75"): Controlled by the Logitech Harmony Remote. Select "Activities" and wait for devices to sync. Select the YouTubeTV app.
Cabinet TV (43"): Located in the black cabinets to the right of the fireplace. Great for watching two games at once! Use YoutubeTV app on the Roku remote.
Games & Toys: Located in the black cabinets to the left of the fireplace.
Kitchen Items:
Kitchen Freezer: Vapor locks for 45 seconds after closing. Wait before re-opening; do not pull hard.
Dishwasher: Press Start/Cancel twice; close the door once the "4-3-2-1" countdown begins.
Wine Opener: Wall-mounted. Place bottle in holder, press handle down slowly, then pull up.
Glassware: Located in the lower cabinets in front of the kitchen’s barstool chairs.
Kitchen Fan Noise: If you hear a fan noise in the kitchen, the top draft vents are running. The switch for this fan is located to the right of the cooktop between the oils/salt/pepper.
Office: Printer/Scanner has a USB cord for your laptop. A Dell monitor (HDMI/USB-C), telescope, guitar, and piano keyboard are also available for use.
Master Suite:
TV: Access YouTubeTV via the Home button on the Roku remote.
Jacuzzi: Ensure water is above the jets before pressing the circular power button.
Pillows - There are a lot of extra pillows in the master closet if someone doesn’t like the softness or size of your pillow.
Baby Gate: For your children's safety, we provide a baby gate in the upstairs cleaning closet upstairs. Snap the gate into the pre-drilled plastic holders.
DOWNSTAIRS & GARAGE
Laundry: Keep washer/dryer doors cracked when not in use. Use only one detergent pod per load. Clean the lint filter before every use.
Game Room: The 100” TV features YouTubeTV, Nintendo Switch (HDMI 3), Xbox/Blu-Ray (HDMI 1) and a Roku (HDMI 2).
Gear Dryer: Use the wall-mounted 24-port dryer for boots/gloves. Turn the knob for time and must press "Heat" for warm air.
Garage Ice Freezer: Ensure the door is firmly shut (it does not auto-close). Contact Jordon or Alex if you need more ice.
Garage Doors - Please keep both of the garage doors shut when not in use to keep the heated garage warm in the winter time and to keep critters out in the summertime.
OUTSIDE
Hot Tub: Fold the cover in half (starting from the mountain-view side) and then lift from the middle of the hot tub and slide it back. Please avoid splashing the TV.
Propane Grill: Open the tank valve very slowly. If the electric starter fails, lighters are in the far right dining room cabinet. Always turn off the tank after use.
Umbrella: Please fold the table umbrella down when not in use to prevent wind damage.
